It also explained that people touch their phones 2617 times per day.  I personally think it&#8217;s all the notifications that keep you from fully engaging in real life, the present, and with people around you. I don&#8217;t have any notification on and until today my phone didn&#8217;t ring when someone called the screen just changed to their profile picture, but I decided to do this anyway.
