Having to write\/document every day the journey that I am pursuing makes it awkward when I have done nothing to push the needle forward in the day. At least nothing I would consider as pushing the needle forward. I need practical GOALS! And just do them. Today, I recorded a short 40-second video for KISSIKO to do a bit of marketing. The clip was about a bit harder than I thought because every time I tried to upload a photo the video recording would stop. I did that and then went to work for the rest of the time. But this documentation keeps me honest and on track to make something happen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
When I don’t have any progress I normally try to write about an idea or a project that I am thinking about starting. I have far too many of those, but lethargicness is real. I will do better. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Today I heard from technically “my secret mentor” about a “life script”. Where you write everything you want in “I have” and “I am” form and re-read it every day. I think I will do that also. And a 7-day mental diet. This is where you don’t let negative thoughts last long in your head. I will try that also. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
